About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Mexican dishes, including burritos, tacos and salads, following Mad Mex recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, freshness and presentation.
• Provide friendly, energetic service to guests, taking orders and handling payments.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, fast‑paced service during busy periods.
