Restaurant Manager – Sydney Olympic Park

About the role

Applejack Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of RAFI URBNSURF, a unique dining venue located within Sydney Olympic Park’s first surf park. You will oversee staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the venue’s culinary and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality while handling guest relations and event coordination.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a busy restaurant.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for food and wine.
• Ability to lead a small team, stay motivated under pressure, and adapt to flexible rosters.

Required skills

• Sound financial and business acumen.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service.
