About the role
Join the front‑of‑house team at Guzman y Gomez and help deliver an authentic burrito experience to every guest. As a Crew Member you’ll be the face of the restaurant, taking orders, preparing food, and keeping the service area running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and courteously.
- Prepare and assemble burritos, bowls and other menu items following brand standards.
- Restock fridges, counters and service stations throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food‑handling regulations.
- Assist with opening, closing and overnight duties as required.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for food and hospitality.
- Flexible availability for open, closing, overnight or day shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests.
Required skills
- Basic food preparation and handling.
- Ability to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
