Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent is the welcoming face of The Chen Melbourne – Art Series, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will work in a vibrant, art‑filled environment, delivering high‑quality hospitality and promoting the hotel’s unique amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a VIP‑level welcome, handling check‑in and check‑out with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions with in‑depth product knowledge.
• Accurately manage reservations and guest accounts.

Required profile

• Innovative mindset focused on exceeding customer service expectations.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous front‑desk or hotel reception experience is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
