Residential Services Coordinator

About the role

Anglicare is looking for a Resident Services Coordinator for its Residential Care Homes in Minto. This is a permanent part-time role of 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, based in Porter Lodge. The coordinator is the first point of contact for residents, their families, representatives and supporters, and acts as the subject matter expert for Higher Everyday Living services (Everyday Plus). The role covers service selection, agreements, bookings, service delivery, invoicing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Guide residents through service selection and manage agreements, bookings, service delivery, invoicing and reporting
• Support staff and residents and resolve enquiries or escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Work with site leaders to refine services, identify new opportunities and contribute to innovation, compliance and continuous improvement
• Act as subject matter expert for Higher Everyday Living IT systems

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality or residential aged care, with a resident-first mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, including managing agreements, bookings, feedback, invoicing and reporting
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable handling enquiries and complaints and escalating them appropriately
• Understanding of compliance, privacy and aged care standards, with a commitment to safety and best practice

Required skills

• Confidence using systems and databases, acting as subject matter expert for Higher Everyday Living IT systems
• Ability to coordinate agreements, bookings, service delivery, feedback, invoicing and reporting
