Residential Carer

About the role

Capecare, a not-for-profit provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors in the Southwest region of Western Australia, is recruiting residential carers for its Busselton and Dunsborough facilities. The role involves providing quality care and helping clients with daily living activities, with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Vacancies are available across weekday, weekend, afternoon and night shifts.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Aged Care
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, afternoons and evenings
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Current National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them; pre-employment testing required

• Pay of $33 to $36.50 per hour depending on experience, plus penalties and salary packaging
