About the role
As the first point of contact for guests exploring the Kimberley, you will manage tour bookings for direct customers, travel agents and groups, covering everything from budget experiences to high‑end all‑inclusive packages.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations via phone, email and social media with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling high volumes of enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, trade partners and key stakeholders.
- Stay up‑to‑date with tour details, availability and promotions.
- Upsell and cross‑sell experiences to enhance itineraries.
- Work towards team targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, reservations or customer service.
- Strong understanding of the travel distribution network (advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional phone manner and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using multiple booking systems and technology platforms.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to work in a team.
