Rental Sales Agent / Vehicle Detailer

About the role

SIXT Australia is looking for a Casual Rental Sales Agent / Vehicle Detailer (internally referred to as Customer Experience Agent / Vehicle Detailer) across its Hendra, Geebung and Tingalpa locations. The role is the first point of contact for customers, combining sales, customer service and fleet management. The position is casual.

Key responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries in an organised, service-oriented way
• Tailor offers based on the available products and fleet
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately and securely through the company's tech platforms
• Assist with driving and detailing cars when required
• Uphold SIXT's service standards, compliance and operating protocols

Required profile

• Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable but not essential
• Current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia
• Willingness to work location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays
• Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check including drug and alcohol screening
