About the role
We are looking for remote recruiters to join our global collaboration platform. You will work from anywhere, accessing live client vacancies and earning placement fees for successful hires.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global vacancies on the platform.
- Source and submit qualified candidates into active hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a commission of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful placement.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional placements.
- Strong network of candidates and proven sourcing abilities.
- Available to work remotely on a flexible schedule.
- Motivated to generate deals alongside existing commitments.
