Remote Dental Appointment Setter (Commission-Based)

About the role

This remote position focuses on handling inbound enquiries for leading Australian dental clinics. You will connect with patients who have already expressed interest, build trust, qualify their needs, and schedule them for a consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective dental patients.
• Establish rapport and clearly explain clinic services.
• Qualify patient needs and determine suitability for a consultation.
• Book appointments in the clinic’s scheduling system.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Clear Australian accent and excellent verbal communication.
• Confidence in building rapport over the phone.
• Ability to naturally influence and guide conversations.
• Motivation by performance‑based rewards and unlimited earning potential.
