About the role

We are seeking a remote Dental Appointment Setter to join our team supporting leading Australian dental clinics. You will handle inbound patient enquiries, build trust, qualify their needs and schedule consultations, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective dental patients.
• Establish rapport and assess patient requirements.
• Book qualified patients for a consultation with the appropriate clinic.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
• Ensure a smooth hand‑over to clinic staff.

Required profile

• Clear Australian English accent.
• Confident communicator with strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to influence conversations and guide patients naturally.
• Motivated by performance‑based rewards and unlimited earning potential.

Required skills
