Relationship Manager - Aged Care & Disability

About the role

HenderCare is looking for a Relationship Manager to grow its aged care and disability services across Adelaide. Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you will build partnerships and referral pathways with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, support coordinators and community organisations, and connect with prospective clients and families so that onboarding is straightforward. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Grow a pipeline of aged care and NDIS clients.
• Represent HenderCare at presentations, expos and networking events.
• Track leads, conversions and results against agreed targets.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification, or at least three years' experience in business development or sales, ideally in aged care, disability, health or community services.
• Strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A current driver's licence.
• Right to work in Australia; successful candidates must undergo pre-employment checks.

An advantage is experience preparing tender submissions and written responses to selection criteria.
