Rental Operations Agent

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Operations Agent for Western Sydney Airport, NSW, a casual position of 3-4 days per week. You will be the face of the brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings and answering general customer enquiries. The role is entry level, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Respond to general customer inquiries
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards
• Inspect vehicles for damage from previous rentals

Required profile

• A full and valid Australian driver's licence
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering good service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Required skills

• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
