Relationship Executive (Regional & Agri)

About the role

As a Relationship Executive based in Mackay or Rockhampton, you will manage an established portfolio of larger regional and agribusiness customers across Central Queensland. You will build trusted partnerships, develop tailored banking solutions and deliver a highly responsive relationship experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a focused portfolio of regional and agribusiness customers, ensuring strong credit quality and compliance.
• Identify new lending opportunities, build referral networks and develop new‑to‑bank relationships.
• Provide regular customer reviews and deliver sustainable financial outcomes for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing banking relationships in agribusiness or commercial banking.
• Demonstrated ability to build, retain and grow a quality customer portfolio.
• Strong commercial judgement and a disciplined approach to risk management.
