Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

ANZ is recruiting a Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager for its Virginia branch (94 Robinson Road East, Virginia, Queensland). The role is permanent and full-time, hybrid, and sits within the Proprietary Lending division. It is aimed at building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the home loan journey.

Key responsibilities

• Use knowledge of the local market to build strong customer relationships and coach clients through the home loan journey.
• Self-source business, similar to mobile lending roles.
• Build your own lending capability with training, development and coaching support.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to build your network and promote ANZ.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to join a collaborative team.
