Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, Physio, AEP)

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant in Liverpool, NSW to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. The consultant helps people return to meaningful employment and supports organisations in achieving sustainable return-to-work goals. The position is available full time or part time.

Key responsibilities

• Help people return to meaningful employment using specialist knowledge and skills
• Work within a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals serving a range of industries across the employee lifecycle
• Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers injured or ill at work or outside work
• Support clients in identifying future employment or training options
• Perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic and daily living assessments
• Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check after a successful application
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation
