Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

Marsh's Recovre team is looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join its Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton office. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. Recovre's Rehabilitation Counsellors build trust with clients and work with all stakeholders to support safe, sustainable recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with clients and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders.
• Identify hurdles to return to work after illness or injury and collaborate to plan safe, sustainable recovery and independence.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team and share expertise with colleagues.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including vocational, pre-employment, activities of daily living, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
• Manage case management and reporting.
• Travel to clients while keeping flexible work-from-home and office arrangements.

Required profile

• Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration.
• Preference for rehabilitation counselling experience.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia; a criminal and bankruptcy check is required before starting.
