About the role

This talent pool connects registered nurses with expertise in Emergency, Mental Health or Aged Care to diverse rural facilities across Central Queensland, including Emerald, Biloela and Woorabinda. Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care across diverse rural clinical settings.
• Lead clinical responses and manage patients in high‑autonomy environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards and accurate documentation in line with AHPRA requirements.
• Build strong community relationships through compassionate and inclusive care.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Clinical experience in at least one of the following areas: Emergency, Mental Health or Aged Care.
• Ability to work independently in remote locations.
• Commitment to the values of care, integrity and excellence.

• Hourly rate $42.98‑$55.13 (standard) or $53.73‑$68.92 with 25% casual loading.
