Registered Nurse – Private Inpatient Unit (Part‑time)

About the role

Royal Rehab Ryde is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Private Inpatient Unit on a permanent part‑time basis (24 hours per week, rotating roster). You will provide person‑centred care to patients undergoing rehabilitation for neurological, orthopaedic and post‑operative conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to support each patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care plans.
• Promote the objectives and philosophy of the Nursing Service.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence‑based practice.

Required profile

• Current professional registration with AHPRA.
• Relevant qualifications and experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Strong clinical communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using clinical information technology.
