Registered Nurse – Full Time Aged Care

About the role

Join the newly built South Bunbury Community Aged Care residence as a Registered Nurse, providing person‑centred care in a non‑institutional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership with the Clinical Manager to ensure safe, effective care interventions.
• Plan and communicate care based on comprehensive assessments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes, and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain medication safety, infection control, and work health & safety practices.
• Participate in accreditation audits and ensure compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within aged‑care settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and basic to intermediate computer skills.
