Registered Nurse – Community Care

About the role

BlueCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide person‑centred care to clients in the community, building meaningful relationships and improving quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope, considering physical, social and psychological needs.
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs and ensure clinical quality compliance.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and conduct scheduled community visits.

Required profile

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
• General nursing experience post‑registration and excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
• Current Australian driver’s licence (minimum Green Provisional) and a roadworthy, insured vehicle for work.

Required skills

• Confidence in managing time effectively and working autonomously.
• Ability to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.
