Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our residential aged‑care homes in Ingle Farm. You will provide direct, evidence‑based care to older residents, support Enrolled Nurses and care workers, and help shape a supportive community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in line with Helping Hand policies and care standards.
• Conduct assessments, review care plans and coordinate medical and clinical interventions.
• Liaise with families, doctors, allied health professionals and care staff to promote resident wellbeing.
• Mentor and support Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use digital tools such as Microsoft Outlook for communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• 6‑12 months of nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphones and apps, including Microsoft Outlook.
