Registered Architect – Commercial Projects

About the role

COX Architecture is seeking a Registered Architect to join its growing Adelaide studio. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial‑scale projects, contributing from concept design through to construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions for commercial, civic and mixed‑use projects.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and support the studio’s design culture.

Required profile

• Registered Architect in Australia.
• 6–10 years of professional experience, preferably on commercial‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage design, documentation and project delivery across multiple sectors.
• Strong client‑relationship and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude and genuine passion for architecture.
