Regional Support Coordinator

About the role

Join MyIntegra as a Regional Support Coordinator to assist NDIS participants in implementing their plans and coordinating services. This remote‑first role is based in Melbourne and includes occasional participant visitations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating supports.
• Complete all required administration to a high standard, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with government bodies and disability organisations.
• Promote MyIntegra’s support coordination services through presentations to Local Area Coordinators, service providers and support groups.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to engage potential clients and secure leads.
• Proven stakeholder‑relationship development skills.
