Disability Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Join Hearth Support Services as a Disability Support Worker and make a tangible difference in participants' everyday lives across Narre Warren, Lynbrook and Carrum Downs. You will be matched to participants based on your skills, preferences and their needs, receiving tailored training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to participants in daily activities and community participation.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with participants, families and the Hearth team.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle.
• Right to work in Australia and willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR and Working With Children checks.

Required skills

• Empathy, reliability and proactive communication.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
