Regional Sales Manager – VIC, TAS & NZ

About the role

Cotality is seeking an innovative Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across its real‑estate portfolio in Victoria, Tasmania and New Zealand. You will coach a regional team, drive revenue, and expand product adoption within the property ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the regional sales team to meet revenue, retention and engagement targets through structured pipeline management and regular 1‑on‑1s.
• Develop and execute regional portfolio plans, managing upsell, cross‑sell and new‑business opportunities while overseeing forecasting and budgets.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers across major agency groups, franchise networks and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Operations to remove barriers and optimise execution using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership and account‑management experience in B2B digital solutions, SaaS, property data or real‑estate sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage sales rhythms and execute portfolio growth plans.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and CRM‑driven pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building senior‑level client relationships.
• Willingness to travel across VIC, TAS and NZ as needed.
