Regional Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Regional Manager to lead its retail footprint across Sydney and the broader Australian market. You will be responsible for translating the brand vision into profitable, guest‑centric experiences across brand stores, department stores, and partner locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth across all channels by delivering seamless consumer experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Store and Outlet Store Managers, setting annual and seasonal objectives.
• Partner with Australia HQ and Territory Managers to ensure optimal product placement and inventory allocation.
• Elevate B2B channel performance through brand activation, sell‑in, and sell‑through initiatives.
• Manage sales targets for department‑store locations and monitor progress toward revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department‑store headquarters and key partners.
• Oversee seasonal inventory planning, product allocation, and stock level optimization.
• Ensure consistent service standards, staff training, and compliance with brand operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on promotions, events, and VIP engagement.
• Analyze sales performance, customer traffic, and product trends to inform strategy.
