About the role

Lead the next chapter of customer experience transformation across the APAC region for the world’s largest temperature‑controlled logistics REIT. You will shape the operating model, technology roadmap and customer experience strategy for a team of 80‑100 professionals.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement the APAC Customer Care strategy and operating model.
Directly manage regional Hub Leaders in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
Drive performance through KPIs, CSAT, SLA achievement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build a Customer Care Centre of Excellence focused on standardisation, capability development, governance and innovation.

Required profile

Proven experience leading large, multi‑site customer service or operations teams.
Track record of delivering significant organisational transformation and change.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience translating strategy into execution across multiple countries.
