Senior Business Development Manager – Integrated Transport Solutions

About the role

Lineage, the world’s largest temperature‑controlled industrial REIT, is expanding its road transport and linehaul network across Australia. The Senior Business Development Manager – Integrated Solutions will drive new transport business, build strategic freight partnerships and help customers optimise complex supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Generate profitable revenue growth through acquisition of new customers for temperature‑controlled transport and freight solutions.
• Identify, develop and convert opportunities across refrigerated, metropolitan, regional and interstate networks.
• Expand share of wallet within existing strategic accounts by adding transport services and uncovering new freight opportunities.
• Partner with transport operations, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional outcomes.
• Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders and influence transport procurement decisions.

Required profile

• Proven transport‑sales hunter with a track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth.
• Significant business‑development experience in road transport, freight, 3PL or integrated supply‑chain environments.
• Deep understanding of transport operations, networks, pricing models and customer supply‑chain requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen to build compelling business cases and negotiate complex agreements.

Required skills

• Use of structured sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or similar.
