About the role
Lead a portfolio of lifestyle communities, delivering operational excellence and high homeowner satisfaction across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage community performance, budgets, forecasting and business planning.
- Lead and develop the Community Management team across the region.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver optimal business outcomes.
- Deliver property improvement, ESG and operational improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with legislation and safety requirements.
Required profile
- Proven people leadership experience developing high‑performing teams in multiple locations.
- Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship‑building capability.
- Experience leading operations in hospitality, residential or lifestyle community environments.
