Regional Asset Protection & Safety Manager

About the role

ALO is looking for a Regional Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead and scale its Asset Protection function across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, you will safeguard stores, teams and assets while supporting the brand’s mindfulness mission.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and execute ALO’s global Asset Protection strategy for the ANZ markets, creating market‑specific action plans.
• Analyse stock loss and shrinkage data, partnering with Retail Operations to reduce theft, fraud and operational errors.
• Lead omnichannel investigations across retail stores, e‑commerce, fulfilment and supply‑chain operations.
• Conduct site risk assessments, manage physical security infrastructure and oversee third‑party security providers.
• Respond to critical incidents, coordinate with law enforcement and ensure lawful, ethical investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, private security or risk management.
• Minimum 5 years of multi‑site Asset Protection or Loss Prevention experience in Australia/New Zealand.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience overseeing multi‑site operations or third‑party vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to translate global strategies into effective local programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across Australia and New Zealand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using RFID systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV platforms.
• Familiarity with POS reporting tools.
• Use of case‑management software.
