About the role
Lead the crew at the Brookvale depot, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring a great customer experience with the Return and Earn machines.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily depot operations, keeping the site clean, safe and efficient.
- Support the team on busy days, coach members and solve problems on the spot.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and act as the go‑to person on shift.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a people leadership role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and be reliable.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- General IT skills.
- Customer service experience.
