Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist (internally known as Team Member Relations Specialist) to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for field and internal positions across Applied Medical in Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes aligned with our culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment cycle: role scoping, advertising, direct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks and offer preparation.
• Attract candidates through advertising, direct contact, referrals and unique sourcing platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive candidate information.
• Support leadership with talent‑related advice, well‑being, engagement and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience in life sciences, medical devices or similar environment is valued.
• High level of computer literacy.
