Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple sectors.
• Drive business growth through proactive client development.
• Maintain and expand relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deliver talent relationship management and ensure high billing performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment (business development, candidate and job management).
• Strong proactive sales experience and proven billing capability.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering on commitments.
• Collaborative mindset, hungry to grow and thrive.
