Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

A growing Queensland recruitment business is expanding its Hamilton team and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support increasing recruitment activity across the transport and logistics, manufacturing and civil construction sectors. This is a hands-on, office-based role in the Hamilton office, working closely with Account Managers and operations leadership to fill workforce requirements quickly and compliantly. It suits someone who enjoys the operational side of recruitment, such as sourcing candidates, running interviews and making sure workers are job ready.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through database searches, job advertisements, application screening and proactive talent searches
• Screening candidates and conducting interviews
• Verifying candidate documentation
• Carrying out functional capacity assessments, manual handling assessments and drug and alcohol testing
• Managing candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
• Maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems such as FastTrack360
• Assisting with job advertisements and candidate communication
• Providing general recruitment and administrative support to the operations team

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in labour hire
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several recruitment processes at once
• Comfortable conducting candidate interviews and pre-employment assessments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Strong sourcing and screening capability
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Strong communication skills and professional candidate engagement
• Experience with FastTrack360 or similar recruitment systems is highly advantageous
