Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobilisation to drive recruitment across OCU Group’s fast‑growing Australian and New Zealand businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, build talent pipelines and help design the systems that enable hiring at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, project delivery, trade, labour and specialist roles, from brief to offer.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across Australia and New Zealand, providing clear advice, regular updates and practical tools.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and specialist positions.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and reporting to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in renewables, energy, engineering, construction or related technical sectors.
• Strong sourcing ability and a track record of engaging talent in competitive markets.
• Excellent judgement to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high‑quality candidate and hiring‑manager experience.
• Confidence using recruitment systems and data to monitor progress, identify issues and drive improvements.
