Recruitment Coordinator – Defence Sector

About the role

Randstad is seeking an organised and collaborative Recruitment Coordinator to support its Defence sector client located near Port Adelaide. This administrative position focuses on coordinating recruitment activities without the pressure of full‑cycle sales, offering a stable, long‑term opportunity within a friendly, high‑tenure team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support across multiple active job requisitions to ensure seamless recruitment and compliance.
• Own candidate coordination, managing hiring managers' calendars and scheduling interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers through professional phone and email communication.
• Enter recruitment data accurately, track compliance, and maintain administrative records.
• Collaborate with three local team members to achieve shared goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Administrator, internal Talent Advisor, or similar role.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with strong calendar‑management and multitasking skills.
• Positive, friendly, and autonomous personality who thrives in a team environment.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
