About the role

Our Technology team in Brisbane is expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic professionals who enjoy building relationships, winning new business and managing a true 360 desk. You will recruit across Business Transformation and Infrastructure & Operations teams, covering roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Testers, Data & BI professionals, Service Desk staff, Systems/Network Engineers and more.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients across Brisbane.
• Win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Recruit for a variety of technology roles from brief to offer and placement.
• Become a trusted adviser to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and resilience.
• Confidence in business development and client management.
• Ability to build lasting relationships.
• Genuine desire to help clients hire great people and candidates find the right opportunity.
