Recruitment Consultant

About the role

The Andersen Partnership is seeking an ambitious full‑time Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding team across major Australian cities. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes while growing your portfolio and driving business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the 360‑degree recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements.
• Conduct daily candidate searches and build talent communities to meet client needs.
• Account manage and develop new client relationships.
• Consistently achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targets while expanding the client base.
• Build strong, professional relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain a positive, resilient outlook.
• Mentor and coach less experienced recruitment consultants where needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant (industry experience may substitute a degree).
• Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
