About the role
Fox Personnel, a long-established recruitment business in regional Victoria, is looking for a sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join its Bendigo office. This is a business development-led recruitment role, not a servicing-only position, and candidates are measured on outcomes rather than activity.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively win new clients across Bendigo and surrounding regions
- Meet decision-makers face to face, getting out from behind the desk
- Run the full recruitment cycle end to end
- Build and grow your own desk with real accountability
Required profile
- Sales-minded and competitive, enjoying the chase and the win
- Self-directed, resilient and stable, with commitment and follow-through in previous roles
- Experience in recruitment, sales or hospitality is highly regarded
What we offer
- Salary of $75,000 plus superannuation
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- A straight-talking, performance-focused environment
