About the role
Join APM Employment Services in Bendigo as an Employment Consultant supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants. You will deliver culturally safe, holistic services that help people overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
- Develop tailored, culturally safe employment pathways for participants.
- Enhance participants' employability skills and provide ongoing support to both participants and employers.
- Deliver quality service while meeting all contractual and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Current or open Australian driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (or willingness to discuss).
- Willingness to complete a National Police check, obtain a MyID (standard level) and pass a Working with Children check.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
