Recruitment Business Partner – RPO Recruiter

About the role

Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for an onsite RPO Recruiter to support a leading gambling and entertainment client. Based in Sydney CBD with regular travel to the Frenchs Forest site, you will be the single point of contact for hiring managers across a diverse, high‑volume hiring portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment for media/broadcast, corporate and customer‑service positions.
• Serve as the Sydney face of the RPO function, working closely with the People & Culture team and travelling to maintain an onsite presence.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as their go‑to recruitment partner.
• Prioritise and handle a high volume of concurrent requisitions while preserving candidate and manager experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, monitor pipeline health and meet SLA targets.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs.
• Provide market insights, sourcing strategies and realistic timelines to stakeholders.
• Represent the RPO partnership professionally on a standalone onsite basis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including high‑volume and generalist/corporate hiring.
• Experience recruiting media, broadcast or production roles is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage a varied workload without loss of accuracy.
• Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
