Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high‑quality hires across a variety of technical trade and specialist support roles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Create a standout candidate experience that enhances the company’s market reputation.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to enable confident hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment platforms.
