Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in Gartner’s success by partnering with business units to source and assess top talent. You will help shape the future workforce and see the development of candidates you engage.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
• Develop a thorough understanding of hiring needs by building relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies, including database tracking.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment with a proven metrics‑based track record.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence decisions with data.
• Self‑starter with learning agility, experience in volume hiring and strategic pipelining.
• Excellent relationship management and results‑focused mindset.
