Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – Life Sciences

About the role

As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you will drive service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients in the Life Sciences sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, build strong slates and talent pipelines, and keep candidates engaged.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor junior Recruiters and other team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with proven success.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics.
• Experience recruiting within the Life Sciences sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
• Ability to analyze market data and compensation guidelines.
• Strong consultative and mentorship capabilities.
