About the role

The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in Gartner’s talent acquisition strategy, partnering with business units to source and assess top talent. You will help shape the growth of associates and contribute to their success.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
• Develop deep understanding of hiring needs by building relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to attract talent.
• Maintain candidate data in a tracking database.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
• Proven success in a metrics‑driven talent acquisition environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills and ability to influence decisions with data.
• Self‑starter with high learning agility, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Experience in volume hiring and strategic pipeline development.

Required skills

• Experience with recruiting databases and candidate tracking tools.
• Ability to build relationships and influence without authority.
• Creative thinking for continuous improvement of recruiting strategies.
