About the role

Elders, a real estate network with a large company-owned rent roll, sales teams and franchise network across Australia, is looking for a Receptionist to join its Alstonville RE team on a permanent, full-time basis. The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and supports the real estate team in building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Present the front office physically, including displays
  • Handle client queries and refer them to specialised staff as required
  • Be the first point of call for visitors to the branch, including clients and staff
  • Collect and sort correspondence and deliveries
  • Support branch administration, which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, bookkeeping and account reconciliation, as well as promotions and marketing

Required profile

  • Previous administration experience
  • Background in business administration
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with current and future clients
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, results-focused environment
