About the role
Join Turner & Townsend’s Sydney office as a Receptionist & Office Manager. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day office activities. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys a people‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct clients, visitors and callers, managing the main reception desk.
- Oversee meeting‑room bookings, set‑up, and clean‑up, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services (local, interstate and international).
- Coordinate catering, refreshments and logistics for internal events such as town halls and team celebrations.
- Assist with event management for quarterly team events and external event coordination when required.
- Process invoices and vendor payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory and order replacements as needed.
- Log and coordinate office maintenance requests and manage security passes for staff and visitors.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, reception or a similar office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional, service‑driven attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
