About the role

A GP-owned, non-corporate mixed-billing clinic is opening in Cleveland, Redlands, on 10 July 2026. It is recruiting experienced reception staff with a background in general practice to join from day one. The clinic is brand new, with 10 consulting rooms and 4 treatment rooms, and is built by GPs for GPs with no corporate management or KPI pressure.

Key responsibilities

Patient bookings and front-desk coordination
Billing, payments and Medicare processing
Administration, correspondence and workflow support

Required profile

Previous experience in a GP clinic; previous GP experience is described as essential
Strong knowledge of Best Practice and Medicare billing
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
Good communication skills and teamwork

What we offer

Full-time or casual positions from $32 per hour, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, no evenings or weekends
