Receptionist – Dental Centre

About the role

Join the vibrant Bondi dental centre and deliver excellent service to members. As a Receptionist you will support clinicians by managing appointments, handling enquiries and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate responses to all enquiries.
• Handle bookings, manage appointments and maintain the appointment system.
• Raise accounts, process receipt payments and manage billing enquiries.
• Comply with HCF Dental Quality Management System, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Support the Practice Manager and dentists in fostering teamwork and efficient centre operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing receptionist role.
• Previous experience in a dental centre is highly regarded.
• Experience with appointment booking and account systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Good time‑management, attention to detail and teamwork mentality.
• Familiarity with various insurance coverage plans.
